About Jack Yumulu

I’m Jack Yumulu, founder of UMISUS and an independent ISO consultant based in Melbourne. I bring more than twenty years of practical experience in quality and information security management systems.

I help small and medium businesses with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, internal audits and customer security questionnaires. My work covers gap analysis, system design, documentation, staff awareness and certification audit preparation.

You work directly with me throughout the engagement. Remote delivery makes practical support available across Australia and New Zealand, with a clear scope and fixed fee agreed for your business.

Recent work includes ISO 9001 implementation for AM Components, ongoing quality management support for EPDM, and an ISO 27001 internal audit for Send Payments. These are different types of engagement, each tailored to what the business needed.
